At the fork, turn right and climb on the <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">blue-marked trail<\/span><\/strong> (in the area of the gray water detention pond), walking on the blue-purple-marked trail (Ramon Crater circumvention trail) for about 2.6 km, through the various shades of purple, red, and orange, pink, and more of the soil colors of the Ramon Crater. Reach the junction of the blue, green, and red marked trails, and the Nahal Midbar Oasis, with palm trees and rich desert vegetation. At the top of the small hill is the Saharonim side (a lookout fort on the paths of the scents) and in the area of the maze, there is a spring called<strong><em><span style=\"color: #003366;\"> Ein Saharonim<\/span>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After visiting the spring and the fort, continue towards the gate of the Nekarot reserve, and climb the<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> marked red<\/span><\/strong> trail to the peak of Mount Ardon, which offers a spectacular view of the entire Ramon Crater<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">.<strong> From there, descend on the black-marked trail, which is steep and challenging, and requires caution, especially if there is sand or stones on the trail. Return to the starting point on the blue-marked trail.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We continue walking on the split trails marked in <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">blue<\/span><\/strong> that enter the wadis of Parsat Nekarot, with an easy technical walk between large boulders, deep water pools (in the season), and carved caves in the rocks. The walk in this section is estimated as 1.8 km until reaching the split of the trails (split of the streams of Nahal Ardon and Nahal Nekarot), <strong>marked<\/strong> in<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> blue<\/span><\/strong><em>, <\/em><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">green<\/span><\/strong><em>,<\/em> <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">red<\/span>,<\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">black<\/span><\/strong><em>.<\/em> From the big split, we continue for about 2.4 km, passing several trail splits on both the right and left sides. You need to look for the<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> black<\/span><\/strong><em> (Jeep trail) and <\/em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">red<\/span><\/strong><em> (pedestrian trail) split. <\/em>In this split, we turn right, marked in <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">red<\/span><\/strong><em>,<\/em> based on Nahal Adom, which rises parallel to Harot Hill on the left.<\/p>\n<p>We walk for about 800 meters from the split and arrive at the split of the <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">red <\/span><\/strong><em>and<\/em><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> blue<\/span> <\/strong><em>trails<\/em>. Here, we turn right and climb up the <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">blue<\/span><\/strong>-marked trail toward the ascent to Mount Ardon. On the <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">blue trail<\/span><\/strong>, we climb for about 3.6 km, with a challenging ascent towards Mount Ardon <strong><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>(be prepared accordingly)<\/strong><\/span>,<\/em><\/strong> and arrive at a magnificent viewpoint overlooking the beauty of the Ramon Crater from east to west.<\/p>\n<p>From that viewpoint, we continue on the <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">blue-marked<\/span><\/strong> trail towards the northwest and begin the descent from the mountain. We walk for about 900 meters from the viewpoint and arrive at the split of the blue-purple-black marked trail.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The black-marked trail on the right leads towards the Mount Ardon overnight parking lot<\/span>,<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> and we continue the descent on the<\/span> <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">blue-marked trail<\/span><\/strong> for about 600 meters until we reach the Mount Ardon day parking lot <strong>(for vehicles only and daytime parking only, without overnight stay).<\/strong> From the parking lot, it is possible to arrange a ride back to Han Be&#8217;erot or Mitzpe Ramon.<\/p>\n<p>For those continuing on the footpath route, they connect to the <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">blue trail<\/span><\/strong> marking based on the Jeep trail, descending about 2.1 km until reaching the trail junction based on blue and black Jeep trails (the black Jeep trail is the oil route axis).
