If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

These Terms apply to all use of the Website and constitute the legal basis for your engagement with the Company.

Purpose of the Website

The Website is intended for customers seeking to obtain information and purchase products and services related to trips in the Negev region of Israel. Users can purchase physical products, guided tours, and various services to support independent trips, such as transportation, meals, and event planning.

Water and Firewood Caching

As part of the services, you may purchase drinking water and/or firewood, which you will collect from designated locations along your route, according to instructions provided via video and/or email after completing your purchase. The Company does not guarantee the temperature or brand of the water. You agree to collect only the quantity you purchased. Taking more than the paid quantity may harm other hikers and is your sole responsibility. Water/firewood delivery will occur no earlier than two hours after purchase and no more than seven days in advance. Refunds are available up to one day before the order date. No refund will be issued for uncollected items.

Food Orders

Food is prepared by third-party providers. The Company supplies it but holds no responsibility for its quality or condition.

Customer Support

A phone number is available from 8:00 to 20:00 daily for customers who have made purchases. It is not for general inquiries or trip advice and is not guaranteed to be available at all times.

The Website and hotline do not provide medical services or advice. In case of emergencies, contact Magen David Adom (101) or the Israel Police (100). Notifications to the Company do not replace these emergency contacts.

Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for services or products offered by third parties mentioned on the Website.

Using the Website and purchasing services or products is your own responsibility. All information is general and not a substitute for professional advice.

Product details are provided by the manufacturer. The Company is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies.

Purchasing Conditions

You must be over 18 to make purchases. Payments may be made by credit card, Bit, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. You confirm ownership and authorization for use of the payment method.

After purchase, you will receive confirmation and details of the order. If an item is unavailable, you will be offered an alternative or a refund. No refunds for unused services.

Product warranties are provided by manufacturers or importers. Some services require advance booking. If a service cannot be delivered, you will be notified and refunded.

Information Submission

Information submitted is done voluntarily and will be stored and used according to the law and the Website’s Privacy Policy.

The Company is not obligated to monitor content on the Website. You waive any claims related to published content.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. For clothing or footwear: cancel within 2 days if tags are intact. For services: cancel within 14 days and at least 2 business days before the service.

Columbia brand products follow the specific cancellation and warranty policies linked on the Website.

The Company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

Disclaimer of Liability

The Company is not the manufacturer of physical products and is not liable for their quality. All information is provided “as is” without warranties. Use is at your own risk.

The Company is not responsible for damages from Website use or reliance on information provided. The maximum liability is limited to 100 NIS.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv. If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it will be replaced with an enforceable provision reflecting the original intent. Remaining provisions remain in effect.
